Responsibilities
Champion is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can:
- Support KPI-focused efforts across all paid media channels (paid social, programmatic display and paid search) to drive sales, traffic, awareness and franchise lead generation for our clients.
- Assist in paid media account migrations and restructuring related to client activity.
- Support client services, including reporting, analysis and quality assurance.
- Daily search marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to daily performance reports, budget pacing and management, bid optimization, ad copy updates, keyword expands and negatives, franchise development lead qualification and data analysis with insights from Google Analytics and multi-touch attribution tools.
- Provide recommendations for testing of messaging, keywords, tactics and audiences.
- Assist with the development and strategy of organic franchise development lead generation content.
- Assist with data analysis and insights to support the Performance Marketing org in developing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields
- 1-4 years experience as a digital marketing professional, running enterprise-level paid media campaigns in consumer and/or franchise lead generation marketing required
- Agency experience is a plus
- Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / restaurant brands will be of substantial benefit.
- Restaurant/hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms.
- Experience with audience targeting and remarketing within Linkedin and Meta.
- Knowledge of search media plans and strategies.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Google data studio.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Canva, DashThis and Zapier is a plus, but not required.
