Coal Vines Pizza, Pasta and Wine Bistro features a popular a la carte menu with signature New York-style coal-fired pizzas, salads, pastas, entrée specials and desserts, as well as an extensive, stellar list of wines by the bottle or glass that has become synonymous with quality and value.

The chef-driven coal-fired pizza concept originated in Dallas’ popular Uptown in 2006 by restaurateurs Joe Palladino and Phil Romano quickly became a dining destination for the Dallas Metroplex. Coal Vines has also expanded into Kansas City and will open its newest location at the Dallas Omni Hotel this fall.
